Join forRefugees on BlueSky (we left Twitter in 2022)

A blue butterfly logo gracefully flutters above the text "Bluesky" in bold black font, symbolizing hope and transformation. This design elegantly represents the BlueSky initiative forRefugees, capturing both the serenity of its mission and the strength of its community. | Support refugees across Europe in Greece, France, the UK and the Balkans

At forRefugees our mission is rooted in humanity, hope and solidarity. That’s why we made the decision to leave the platform formerly known as Twitter in November 2022. As the platform’s direction under its new ownership became clear it no longer aligned with our values or the inclusive and supportive environment we seek to foster. Our trustees voted to close our account and we have not looked back since.

Now, with the emergence of BlueSky, we’re excited to rejoin the conversation in a space that feels promising, innovative and aligned with our principles. BlueSky offers a fresh opportunity to connect with supporters who share our vision of a world where no refugee is left behind.

Our handle is @forrefugees.org and while we haven’t officially launched yet, we’re thrilled to invite you to follow us. Once we go live you’ll find updates about our work, inspiring stories from the ground and ways you can get involved in creating lasting change for refugees.

By joining us on BlueSky you’ll be part of a community that believes in amplifying voices of compassion and action. Whether it’s celebrating the resilience of refugees, sharing vital updates or rallying support for urgent causes, we’re committed to ensuring your feed is a place of impact and hope.

We can’t wait to connect with you on BlueSky. Together, let’s continue standing proudly for refugees wherever we are.
